Job Responsibilities:
Undertake routine quality control test / line inspection for raw materials, in-process control and finished goods
Perform general housekeeping
Assist to prepare equipment setup for calibration and conduct data taking
Perform duties such as storage and identification regarding samples generated from routine production
Requirements:
Good command in MS Office applications
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Accountable, detailed-minded, willing to learn with good interpersonal skill
Tertiary educated or above in Food Science or related subjects

Job Summary:
Responsible for online testing and inspection, including incoming raw materials, packaging materials, semifinished products, finished products.
Job Description:
Perform daily testing and analysis, review and decide the status of incoming materials and finished products
Compare lab results with specification standards and coordinate with internal and external parties for follow up and improvement actions
Perform routine sampling, recording, and inspection
Participate in quality inspections, audits, and other quality-related projects
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in food science / nutrition or related discipline or above
1-2 year working experience preferably gained in the laboratory of food manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
Be organized, detail oriented, good analytical skills
Good discipline and communication skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to solve problems and work under pressure
Stable, willing to learn and follow instructions, hard working
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
