Job Responsibilities:

    • Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-year hands-on experience with Java, Spring, SQL, and Web technologies

  • Self-driven work attitude
  • Good verbal and written skills in both Cantonese and English

    Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand the whole Production process in the factory from raw material to finished goods
  • Assist Production Manager on day-to-day operation of food production lines i.e. general administrative function and daily clerical supports
  • Work with different departments to achieve production schedules and targets
  • Work on production data, usage variance, and consolidate reports ensuring on-time submission
  • Collect and maintain accurate production record for production efficiency analysis
  • Support floor operations as needed, troubleshooting issues with the guidance and input of the manager and teammates
  • Assist in regular factory audits (ISO22000, HACCP and BRC) in order to maintain 5S operation environment
  • Participate in different Production related projects e.g. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) enhancement project, Standardization on Operation procedure, etc
  • Take up other ad hoc assignments

    • Requirements:
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing or related discipline (Fresh graduate are welcome)
  • Knowledge of ISO22000 / HACCP / BRC will be an advantage
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and sensitive to figures, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
  • Team-player, willing to learn and with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, as well as in computer applications
