Procedures


  • Visit our Career Fair in person
  • Complete our online survey
  • Collect a resume photo-taking coupon (starting from 10:00 on 4 Nov 2022)
  • Go to our resume photo-taking booth once you have got the coupon (11:30 - 16:30 on 4 Nov 2022)
  • Smile and take the photo
  • Receive the resume photo by email

  • Conservative suit is recommended
  • Do wear clothing that fits you appropriately
  • Ensure your outfit is neat, pressed, and clean (no tears, rips, or hanging threads)
  • Wear clean, professional, and comfortable shoes
  • Neatly done hair
  • For men, wear your tie and ensure your beard is cleanly-shaven or neatly trimmed
  • For ladies, wear natural light makeup and minimal accessories
